The 8th Annual Virtual Conference on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) in Schools provides an opportunity to share the latest research and programming from around the world. The virtual conference is expected to bring together online over 1,000 participants from around the world.
This year’s theme, Innovation in MHM: Putting Girls at the Center, aims to highlight examples of programs that found new ways to identify and address barriers to safe and dignified MHM for girls in schools. Apart from innovations in products, services and facilities, this also includes novel, inclusive ways to end menstrual stigma and empower girls with knowledge and skills to manage their menstruation.
The conference is organized by UNICEF in partnership with Duke University

Update: 24.03.2020:
The current moment is unprecedented, and we know your attention is probably elsewhere. So is ours: the urgency of stopping the spread of COVID-19 has led us to postpone the Virtual Conference on MHM in Schools to May 21st 2020. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving. Responding effectively requires all available resources, which includes all of us from the health, WASH, education, protection, gender, and other sectors.
Please note that all registrations for the conference will be deferred.
