We will publish an infographic that summarizes our puberty project: A(Voz) da Puberdade in our schools in Serpa, Alentejo, Portugal. The project consists of 2 sessions, in which children aged 8-9 years learn about puberty and sew a bag for the first menstruation. The bag is sewn with the support of older women. Each child takes a bag with a sanitary pad, a tampon and a pamphlet on menstruation. The boys are part of the activity and offer their bag to a special girl or woman.
This infographic will be released on the 28th on the page of the Municipal Chamber to present the results of the project to comunity.
