AN awareness program was organized for B Sc (N) second year students to observe Menstrual Hygiene Day. Ms Rashmi Prasad (Senior sales officer, (UNICHARM) explained the students about sanitary pads, their types, absorbent material, hygiene and disposal of sanitary pads. Demonstration of different pads regular, XL, Overnight, tampons, menstrual cup and adult diaper was given. Rapid round was organized and prizes were also given to the students who answered correct. At the end (Free samples of Sophy sanitary pad) distributed among students. Event was attended by Faculty and students.
