After a short education session from an MSTL educator, a Q&A session will take place with students attending the event. Each right answer from a participant will be rewarded with a free menstrual hygiene kit produced from local sewing houses.
Following the discussion session, two short films will be screened. The first brings men into the MHM conversation in Timor-Leste and the second is ‘Monthlies’, a movie that educates adolescents about the menstrual process and seeks to de-stigmatize this monthly visitor.
Finally, students will be free to wander through booths led by experts in Anemia, WASH, and menstrual hygiene, participate in activities, and receive free anemia tests.
