In recognition of Menstrual Hygiene Day, the Visão Foundation will be hosting a one-day workshop to help Junior Secondary School (JSS) and Senior Secondary School (SSS) girls to change the way they see themselves and teach them to accept and celebrate the awesomeness of being born female.
In this four hour workshop, girls will go on an eye-opening journey through the awesomeness of girldom. The workshop will include enlightening girl-knowledge, self-esteem boosting resources, craft activities, games, stories and wisdom, discussions and gentle celebration of the magical threshold of menarche.
