Let’s Talk…PERIOD! is a menstrual health and hygiene management workshop for girls and young women between the ages of 10 – 25 years old in Barbados.

The aim of the workshop is to provide a safe and fun space to educate girls and young women on how to manage their periods safely and hygienically without shame and stigma and to empower them to have necessary conversations about menstruation, menstrual health, menstrual hygiene, and their Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) among themselves and with others.
