Firstly, a letter was sent to Government Girls Secondary School Doma Gombe State, We then waited for the approval of the letter. Then we fixed a date to visit the school for the world menstrual hygiene day. When we visited the school on the 28thth May 2023.
We firstly introduce ourselves, and then we started educating the girls on how to be hygienic when they are menstruating and after the lectures we then went ahead to distribute the sanitary pad for the girls’ student. We shared 500 sanitary pads to the less privileged ones.
Which we invited health practitioner to emphasize more which special sanitary pad was giving to those that have aches, and have infections to help them recover.
Finally, those students who had question asked and they were all clarified.
