Periods are nothing to hide. Join us as we celebrate the second annual Menstrual Hygiene Day on campus at the University of Waterloo. This year’s theme is empowerment that is being shared through the #NoMoreLimits movement. We have a fun and knowledge-filled day planned with a female empowerment-themed exhibit in the Science Teaching Complex Main Lobby, activities, an interactive panel session and a film viewing of the documentary Menstruation Man.
