Why are we ashamed of menstruation? Why aren’t there free pads next to toilet paper in women’s restrooms? Let’s talk about this!
Iele-Sânziene and Pe Stop associations are waiting for you on Thursday, May 26, at Seneca AntiCafe in Bucharest, for a discussion organised in two panels about menstruation and how we can normalize it. The guests of the two panels will have an open discussion with the public, so we invite you to bring all your questions and ideas. The guests are representatives of local NGOs, local authorities and other relevant social actors. The first panel is dedicated to the situation of period poverty in Romania, and the second one is focused on the things we can do as individuals to normalize menstruation in our everyday life.
