*步驟：

登入個人facebook帳戶→ 在個人facebook專頁，點取大頭貼位置，點選「更新大頭貼照」→點選「加上特效框」→以關鍵字「MH Day、世界月經日、月經日」搜尋，即會出現17種特效框可以選擇→點選你想要的特效框→按下「確定」即可囉!

Log in to your personal facebook account →
On your page, click on “update Profile Picture” →
click on “add Frame” →
search by keyword “MH Day, 世界月經日, 月經日” , there will be 17 kinds of special effects box can be selected → click the special effect box you want → click “OK” to save!
