To help address the negative impacts caused by child marriage and provide comprehensive education on menstrual health and hygiene, the Indonesian Ministry of Child and Women Protection, supported by the AMPL Network , will organize a joint campaign for Menstrual Hygiene Day 2023 with the theme “We are committed to the fulfilment of children’s rights to health services” (this includes Menstruation Not a Taboo, Menstruation is Not a Stigma and Access to Menstrual-Friendly Toilets for All). The event will be held in Central Jakarta on May 29 at Studio CGV West Mall Grand Indonesia, Jalan M.H. Thamrin 1.
