Health Promotion Campaign on the 2019 Menstrual Hygiene Day targeting 1,000 young girls in Public Schools in Delta State, Nigeria.
An educational talk on menstrual health and hygiene will be delivered and a basic hygiene package including sanitary pads, panty liners, and antiseptic soaps will be donated.
A key intervention is the sensitization of policy makers including school authorities about the plight of young girls regarding menstrual health and hygiene in underserved communities.
