The set of ready-to use motifs covers all thematic areas including ending period stigma, access to period products, education and period-friendly toilets. And we’ve created some extra motifs with messages such as Happy MH Day. Of course, there’s a blank version of the motif so that you can add your own headlines.
If you prefer to create your own MH Day campaign content rather than using the ready-to-use motifs, we’ve got something for you too.

Commitment to both action and funding must remain high on the MHH agenda. Therefore, #WeAreCommitted will continue to be the overarching theme and hashtag of the 2023 campaign. The annual hashtag for this year’s campaign is #MHDay2023.

Who can use MH Day materials
Non-profits, social enterprises, and individuals
The MH Day logo and all MH Day campaign materials are free to use for individuals and non-profit organisations, including, but not limited to, national and international NGOs, national and international governmental agencies, foundations, educational institutions, and social enterprises.
For-profit organisations
The use of MH Day campaign materials (including the MH Day logo) is restricted to official corporate partners of MH Day. To explore opportunities for a corporate partnership, please write to us info@menstrualhygieneday.org
Mix, match and combine: Using the 2023 materials
For the 2023 campaign, we’ve taken a new approach that covers a variety of use cases. Whether you prefer ready-to-use motifs, motifs that can be customised with your own messaging or you’re planning to create your own MH Day campaign content, our new campaign materials have something for you. The 2023 material set is more flexible than ever before and you’ll find something to use for your campaigning.
Through talking to our partners and looking at our data, we’ve found that the MH Day movement uses the content that we provide in a variety of ways. Lots of our partners prefer ready-to-use materials, while many others create their own content, adding elements of what we offer. For those that prefer to create their own content, the sticker-style logo, our new selection of illustrated icons, and the Menstruation Bracelet can be easily added to all kinds of assets. By including at least one of these elements in your content, you help our movement speak with one strong voice. And ensure that your content is a recognisable part of the #MHDay2023 campaign and the global MH Day movement. Together, we can make menstruation a normal fact of life by 2030!

This collection of motifs combines #WeAreCommitted with core campaign messages covering themes such as ending period stigma, ensuring access to education, period products and period-friendly toilets. For this year’s campaign, we’ve created new menstruation-related icons. The beautifully illustrated icons represent all MH Day themes including ending period stigma, access to products, education and period-friendly toilets. In addition, our new sticker-style logo and new set of menstruation bracelets can easily be added to your content.
